Okay, so now there is a thing which we all have suffered once in a life time or maybe still suffering it. Unhappiness is the most dreadful thing to suffer or to experience. So these are the things which caused you to become unhappy. Apparently, psychologists said if a person get addicted to unhappiness, he would definitely be satisfied with his misery and will feel dissatisfaction with joys and happiness. Addiction to unhappiness can lead you to take your own life. You will attempt suicide or will always see suicide the best opportunity to bring back your happiness. However, taking your life does not benefit you nor anyone. It will impact negative on your soul on the day of judgement. Moreover, desires and anticipations of someone are always be the exact reasons of person's suicidal attempt. Having loads of expectations and tons of wishes will always make you regret in the end. There is no doubt that humans will wish for things one after and another because it is already downloaded in our human nature that we have infinite wishes. But the thing is to consider here is to have control. We have the power to control our thirstiness of desires. We just need a bit more training to arouse our control. And if we pass this training we will no more be unhappy or regretful.
